Fauquier County Online Scanner

By using this system you agree to certain rules. This site is not affiliated to any Fauquier County Fire Rescue agency to include the Office of Emergency Services or the dispatch center or any other government agency. Many people have an interest in scanning different types of frequencies as a hobby. This site is only providing a free alternative to listen in on the action in Fauquier. You assume all responsibility by using this site and hold no one else (to include HTDNET or myself) liable for any anything as a result of using the system. 

This system is designed just as if you had your own scanner in your hand you are responsible for applicable laws pertaining to scanning. If you are not familiar with scanning laws please look them up and abide by them. If you for whatever reason hear something that should not be on this system please report it scanner@htd.net. I have removed 11H from the scanner to protect patient privacy however, I was not required to do so as it is in fact public information; anyone with the right scanner can hear what goes over the county 800MHz system. I do not make any kind of practice to decode any radio transmission. All of the transmissions you hear with this system are done so in the plain.

This system is NOT for emergency or illegal use; it is for informational & entertainment only. I say again NOT FOR EMERGENCY OR ILLEGAL USE! If you are found to be using the site for any reason other than informational (research/educational) and/or entertainment you may be banned.

You may not profit in any way from using this site or service. This service is free to you for a reason, DO NOT abuse this service as it is provided with good intention in mind.

I reserve the right to remove this system at any time for any reason without notice and to block, unblock or hold on any frequencies or channels you may hear. I reserve the right to change these rules without prior notice or approval from anyone for any reason, block you at any time, set the entire site password protected and/or the right to password protect or ban particular IPs or users
